Rev Lee Kien Seng

Senior minister

Pastor Kien Seng is overall pastor-in-charge but God is the real boss. Kien Seng loves the company of people and prefers listening to talking. He enjoys watching movies but also enjoys silence and solitude. He is a big fan of God’s sovereignty which means he can sleep like a baby every night. Kien Seng is married to Ai Tin. They have two adult children and a teenager who keeps them from empty nest syndrome.

Pastor Edwin graduated from TTC in 2001. Pastoring was his first “full-time” job. He is youth and missions pastor at True Way and is also chaplain of the BB 94th Company. Edwin is thankful for the roles CRU and FES played in his discipleship journey. He is married to Sharon and they have two daughters. He enjoys cycling, walks, and board games (but not games involving lying because Christians aren’t supposed to lie and he doesn’t like to lose).

Pastor Stan first heard about Jesus as a young boy when a neighbour brought him to Sunday school. He would accept Christ aged 13. He graduated from TTC in 2007 and joined True Way to oversee the U12 ministry in November 2022. Stan is married to Hui Phing, a primary school teacher. He enjoys spending time with people, coffee, music, travelling, cycling, and fishing. He’s hung up his soccer boots but remains a fan of Liverpool FC.

Pastor Loli taught English in Nagaland before first coming to Singapore in 1999 to study music and counselling at SBC. After joining True Way as worship director in 2014, she completed her Greek modules at TTC in 2018. Loli is passionate about making disciples, counselling couples, and training leaders for tomorrow. She is married to Kenei and they have two children. She enjoys gardening, meeting people, musicals, and movies… and she attracts mosquitoes and babies.

Discipleship Group/Prayer Ministry

Pastor George enjoys praying for others and encouraging them to pray as well. He loves mentoring people to strengthen them in their faith in Christ. He also loves spending time alone with God. His main areas of service are in congregational prayer, discipleship groups, evangelism, visitation, and ministry to new members. George is married to Chew Har (Joyce) and they have a young adult son.

Pastor Charles came to know Christ aged 10 through his aunt and started attending True Way aged 16. He worked in a bank and later attended TTC before joining the pastoral team in 2024. Charles is convinced that the gospel of the risen Christ speaks into every sphere of life and culture. He is passionate about seeing lives transformed by the gospel and raising up workers for the kingdom. Charles is married to Christabel and they have a young son. In his free time, he likes to read theology, barbecue, and play Lego with his son.

Pastor Suttiporn enjoys preaching the gospel to Thai people in Singapore and is encouraged when they believe in Jesus, seek God, and grow as Christ’s disciples. She hopes that they too will extend God’s kingdom to their families in Singapore and Thailand. She enjoys every day of her life with her only daughter, God’s most precious gift to her. She has served in ministry for a long time but prays that God will let her not only grow older but also more Christlike.
