People’s Association is organising a food donation drive in Queenstown to bring the community together to support vulnerable individuals and families in need.
As a church, we can support the drive by contributing food items (Dry Food). All food items collected will be handed over to Hao Ren Hao Shi, a food charity organisation, for distribution to beneficiaries in the community
To ensure that the donated items can be distributed to beneficiaries from different backgrounds, all food items donated should be Halal or Halal-certified where applicable.
Donations to be limited to non-perishable food items, such as:
- Dried goods, e.g. rice, pasta and oats
- Canned food, e.g. vegetables, beans and soups
Perishable items, expired food and opened packages will not be accepted.
Collection Dates: 27 October (Tue) to 6 November (Fri)
